“I was so excited to hear that we won the won LGPro customer experience award for the Event Permit process. What a fantastic achievement. Your team is amazing and I am so proud of you!

“Without abandoning risk assessments or forgetting about regulatory requirements, you moved bureaucratic barriers out of the way.

“You made this process accessible and friendly for volunteer-run organisations and people who are not professional events organisers.

“We set people up for success, and this customer-centric approach is a real credit to the team. Well done.”
