An Update on the Demolition of the Precinct Energy Plant Building – August 2025

The demolition of the Precinct Energy Plant (PEP) building on Halpin Way is complete.

Site restoration works are now underway and pedestrian access along Halpin Way will be reinstated once these works are finalised.  

Our focus remains on creative spaces in the city including the Dandenong New Art (DNA) redevelopment on the corner of Halpin Way and Mason Street.
